Gym Class (Super)Heroes

Starring Travis McCoy & Amanda Diva. This is funny, although I am not sure what's really going on. I guess they are trying to say that Hip Hop is kind of like Kenny from South Park. It dies in every episode. Ha ha. Oh and, Amanda Diva is so MF'ing sexy!

Young Buck Is Back... And He Wants It All!

Yeah. Buck is back. Where has he been? I guess he had to regroup after that infamous taped phone conversation. That's Okay, Buck. We welcome you back with open arms. This track is better than the Curtis album.

Peter Rosenberg & Oddisee - A Rosenberg Oddisee

Radio personality Peter Rosenberg went in the studio with 8 artists and producer/rapper extraordinaire Oddisee and created this mini classics. My personal favorite tracks are "Tell The Truth" & "So Mafuckin' Soulful". The beats are insane and so are the tracks. Check them out!

01. Gratitude (Feat. Torae & Tiara Wiles)
02. So Mafuckin’ Soulful (Feat. Skyzoo)
03. Jealous Niggas (Feat. Daytona)
04. World War IV (Feat. Saigon & Lil Fame)
05. Where I Be At (Feat. Buckshot)
06. Tell The Truth (Feat. Nikki Jean)

Black Milk - Tronic

So Tronic is here. I was hoping for album of the year quality tracks but it fell a little short. At the same time, it is one of the better albums of the year. I think Black needed some of them soul samples that he said he wasn't going to use. Popular Demand utilized these soul samples wonderfully. He needed some of those beats like he did for other artists (Torae - Switch, Kidz In The Hall - Middle of the Map Pt. 1, Elzhi ft. Royce Da 5'9" - Motown 25, Skyzoo ft. Black Milk - Hold Tight [Remix]). At the same time, Black Milk is three times a better lyricist than he was in Popular Demand. So things kind of balance. Even though this album is different than his last one, it is still equally as good.

Notable Standout Tracks (Good):
Try
Hell Yeah (Feat. Fat Ray)
Without You (Feat. Colin Munroe)
The Matrix (Feat. DJ Premier, Pharoahe Monch, & Sean Price)
Hold It Down
Losing Out (Feat. Royce Da 5'9")

Notable Standout Tracks (Not So Good):
Give The Drummer Sum
Overdose
Bond 4 Life (Feat. Melanie Rutherford)

Dallas Penn In The Studio With Statik Selektah & Joell Ortiz

This is footage from the recording of the Talkin Bout You (Ladies) track on Statik Selektah's latest album, Stick 2 The Script. For real, this footage is funny and this is my favorite track on the album.

Dallas Penn: So Joell, what are you doing here man?
Joell Ortiz: This is a studio...
Dallas Penn: Oh yeah, you're right.

LOL. Priceless!
